all is perfect,clean,quiet & romantic rooms,with LCD TV and cable TV with lot of channels, mini bar ,mini refrigator, air conditioner & wonderful view from the balcony to east & the sunrise… extremely friendly personnel available at any time with smile & maximum positive energyzed… Near the hotel is a lot of minimarkets & traditional restaurants,bus station, cash machines,exchange offices, and so close to the beach & to the beach party clubs over day & night… simply …excellent

Persani hotel in Sunny Beach is extremely clean, personnel is extremely kind and helpful (you will love all of them), everything in a hotel is 100% functional, they have super fast and consistent WIFI. Rooms are equiped with mini bar fridge with low prices (as in regular super market), water boiler, coffee, tea… Bathroom is large and very good. They clean rooms every three days. The overall value for the price is extremely good! Also know that this hotel is not in the middle of Sunny Beach crazy noisy part, but right next to it, so you will sleep good. There is an air condition in room, so you can close balcony door and enjoy 100% quiet nights. The beach is 600 meters near, there is a 24/7 supermarket at the bottom of hotel, so you can always buy anything you want. I don’t know for how long the price of this hotel will be so affordable, but I will return to Persani Hotel next year anyway. This is the best location for the hotel in Sunny Beach.

Close to beach, room with air-condition and balcony!

Friendly staff, the location was good being about 1km away from the “main action” area of sunny beach so it was a much quieter hotel. Still on the main road but just away from the hustle and bustle. Facilities were ok except for the water temperature control; having a shower was very unpredictable as sometimes there was no hot water at all and you had to have a cold shower, other times you had to wait for around ~5 minutes for the water to heat up. The room has a hairdryer, fridge, tv (although only a few channels), and complimentary toiletries. The bed is extremely comfortable; we elected for a large double which is actually two singles pushed together, we found this out when I nearly fell down the middle of it! Overall a great hotel for the price paid

All in all a clean and tidy appartment hotel with 24hr front desk. Location is close enough to find the pulse, but far away enough to not be disturbed by the pulse of others. Good size appartment with comfy beds.

The hotel is very cosy, new and extremely clean! The kitchen angle has everything you need for a snack, complimentary coffee and tea. Although facing the main street, the rooms are quiet and give you a real possibility to rest. It is a bit distant from the centre, but you can easily arrive with a 20 minute walk or a bus that costs 1,3 leva/person. This distance can be useful, as it separates you from the noisy chaotic centre.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, no leaks in the bathroom. Very nice staff. The walking distance to the beach is about 10-12 minutes, including the area of the protected dunes. There are a good restaurant and a cheap supermarket on the street nearby, on the way to the beach

We stayed for 5 nights. They have the most possible comfortable beds, friendly staff and an excellent price-quality ratio. The beach is 10 minutes’ walk away. Large balconies, clean rooms, free wireless hotspots, air conditioning and free parking

Excellent hotel! Very clean and very close to the beach. There is also a supermarket close by and a very good restaurant just across the street. The bus station is very close, in case you don’t want to walk to Nesebar or Sunny beach and there is also the possibility of booking trips to Burgas or other destinations (just ask at the reception). The room was cleaned everyday (they even made lovely designs out of the towels) and everything was sparkling clean! Lovely staff! (Thank you, Dora)

I loved everything about this place the location how easy it was to find how friendly the staff were and how clean and tidy it was. I also love the fact how the beds are very comfortable and the floor to ceiling glass which let light in full and the fact that the glass was like a two-way mirror you could see out but no one could see in that was a great feature for me!

The owners are great, friendly and very much helpful. The staff is very helpful as well. Clean and great value for the money as well!
